The site has been a small lodge since 2010, held by the same owners throughout. It worked because the place worked — the orientation, the light, the quiet of the east coast before the wind picks up. The owners are staying. What changes is the scale, the ownership model, and the operator: from handover, the residences are run by Seasons Management Company.

Each residence is held on a 99-year leasehold Unit Title — registered in your name, transferable, and governed by Zanzibar's condominium property framework. Owners keep 28 nights a year for their own stays. The rest of the year, the residence joins a professionally managed rental pool. The asset works while you're not there.
